Facilities Officer, Friargate Theatre

Riding Lights is looking for a Facilities Officer to keep our building clean, safe, and welcoming for audiences, artists, and staff. You’ll look after everything from the foyers, bars, and auditoriums to the dressing rooms, rehearsal spaces, and backstage areas, carrying out day-to-day and deep cleaning, preparing spaces for events, and leading on regular periodic testing.

 

You’ll also support the ongoing redevelopment of the theatre, working closely with colleagues across every department, and building good relationships with external partners. Reporting to the Production & Stage Manager, this is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in a well-kept space, works carefully to health and safety procedures, and enjoys being part of a busy, creative venue.
