We have space available to hire at Friargate Theatre.

You can book our 94 seat studio theatre, rehearsal room, meeting room and our licensed bar.​ We can cater for small conferences, theatrical events, business meetings and hosting parties.

Commercial rates:​​

​£27.50+VAT per hour

£160+VAT per day

£775+VAT per week

​

During office hours, 10am - 4pm Monday - Friday, there is no additional cost for staff. Any hire outside of that time incurs an additional rate of £17.50 an hour (+VAT) for a Duty Manager. A technician can either be provided by the hirer or provided by the theatre at the additional rate of £17.50 (+VAT) an hour.

If you are a member of our Make Space initiative, we have a reduced rate of £5 per hour to use any area of the building during office hours (Mon- Friday, 10am - 4pm). Please quote your Make Space ID number when enquiring.
