Friargate Theatre have a number of spaces available for hire.

With a 94 seat studio theatre, rehearsal facilities, meeting rooms and a licensed bar.

We can cater for small conferences, theatrical events, business meetings and hosting parties.

Commercial rates

​

Our hire rates are £30 an hour, plus staffing costs during out of hours.​

For performances, our staffing costs are currently £45 an hour to cover FOH staff

​

Individual rates

If you are an independent creative, we have a reduced rate of £5 an hour to use any area of the building during office hours (Mon- Friday, 10am - 6pm).
