Finance Manager

0.2 P/Time (1 day p/week) 

Salary - £30k FTE

Riding Lights Theatre Company is seeking a skilled and proactive Finance Manager to support our work creating and touring inspiring theatre.

​

Working closely with the Executive Director, you will oversee the company’s financial management, ensuring robust systems, accurate reporting, and strong financial control. You will prepare quarterly management accounts, manage payroll and VAT, support year-end processes with our accountants, and lead on Theatre Tax Relief claims.

​

This is an ideal role for an experienced finance professional looking for a flexible, part-time position within a creative and mission-driven organisation.

​

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and confident communicating financial information to non-finance colleagues. Experience of the arts or charity sector is welcome but not essential. Join us and play a vital role in supporting the sustainability and growth of a nationally recognised theatre company.

Administrator 

20 Hours p/week - flexible around other commitments

Salary - £13.45 p/hour

Riding Lights Theatre Company is looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to support the smooth running of our busy office and contribute to our creative work.

​

This varied role combines core administrative responsibilities with PA support to our Executive team. You’ll be at the heart of the organisation—managing enquiries, coordinating systems and processes, supporting events, and helping ensure our projects and programme run effectively.

 

We’re looking for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a positive, can-do approach. Experience in administration is essential, and an interest in the arts or charity sector would be an advantage.
